SCOPE OF SERVICES AD Engineering added to its activities full range of systematic construction supervision and consulting services thru the following quality assured methodology to guarantee quality: • Preparation of Master Schedule at the beginning of the Project and regular follow up control. • Assisting in identifying and finding solutions to construction problems. • Assuring that submitted shop drawings, material samples and equipment are in accordance with the contract documents. • Controlling quality by direct witnessing of quality control testing of materials and equipment according to the specifications and issuing approvals prior to use in construction. • Reviewing contractor's progress billings and submitting recommendations to the Owner. • Ensuring that Contractor's Labor forces are competent and skilled in the required trades. • Ascertaining that the required official licenses and insurances for contract works have been acquired. • Ensuring that Safety plans and security plans are implemented by the Contractor. • Evaluating Contractor claims according to contract documents and mitigating the results. • Establishing documents filing procedures for project drawings/specifications and revisions to same, shop drawings, site instructions, samples, correspondence, forms and reports. • Assisting the Owner in any negotiations related to contracts and providing pro and con recommendations. • Continuous periodic field supervision of all works with full documentation of construction status and daily quality assessment. • Establishing, attending and managing regular site meetings. • Preparing all needed periodic supervision reports and executive reports to the Owner. • Ascertaining contractor's monthly progress percentage.
